THE POSITION
Our Program Manage/Senior Project Manager will be joining a team of top talent professionals. This role will deliver training and exercise management software and services to our clients in the US. As a Program Manage/Senior Project Manager, you will work in a multi-project environment overseeing the delivery, on-site training, and full implementation of Exonaut software, licenses and consulting services to military clients.

THE JOB
Our Program Manage/Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Conducting training to enable clients to successfully employ the software.
- Assisting in the production and implementation of company management plans as needed.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs to military clients, ensuring that all projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
- Oversee plans that are developed and maintained by the project managers to ensure the successful delivery of all projects in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and progress.
- Oversee the project budgets, expenses, and forecast costs to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external vendors or partners.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project outcomes and delivery.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and project team members to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality work and meet project objectives.
- Staff incoming projects and changes, ensuring that the right resources are allocated to each project.
- Participate in sales handover meetings, providing input on project feasibility and resource requirements.
- Act as lead to Project Managers and Project Coordinators on best practices, providing guidance on project planning, risk management, and communication.
- Responsible for steering group meetings PMR meetings, presentations, reports, ensuring that all key stakeholders are informed of project status and progress.
- Developing and delivering software to military clients and configuring it to client specifications.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in program and project management, preferred with a military client.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in delivering software projects to the US Government
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to travel internationally to work with our teams in other countries.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software development and implementation processes.
- Excellent relationship-building skills ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

- Solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of how software can be configured and programmed to meet customer requirements. Successful experience of working in Software delivery desired.
- Experience in developing and executing Training & Exercise Management solutions in LVC environments.
- High ability to identify further opportunities for revenue growth.

A full-time, on-site position with 40 hours per week is being offered.
